• Sexual misconduct from Clients is strictly forbidden. Any sexual advances, requests for sexual favors or verbal, non-verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. The client will also be prohibited from receiving any future services at the clinic.


• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a walk-in client when you arrive.


• Tips must be CASH ONLY and can not be added to a credit card charge or check.


• We ONLY accept cash and credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover)
  
  
• All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must complete paperwork and sign an Informed Consent Form before any minor child can receive services. The parent or guardian must remain in the waiting area during the service if he/she is not receiving services.
  
  
• Gift certificates must be purchased and redeemed at the Clinic.
